		   can't get a good bite (good). 15578026 texture and density tells me it's overly handled in 15578026 patty making process (not horribly so, but we're shooting for burger perfection here).  Also, 15578026 flavor is a bit bland.  If they would put half 15578026 salt they shower upon 15578026 fries onto 15578026 burger just prior to cooking, they'd taste amazing.  15578026 buns are homemade, beautiful, and they stand up to 15578026 bevy of toppings - 15578026 perfect burger palette. We also got a side of chili cheese fries that were nothing short of sinful.  15578026 first thing that impressed me was that they serve 15578026 fries with 15578026 chili cheese on 15578026 side like a magical fondue.  This keeps 15578026 fries crispy to 15578026 last bite, which I appreciate!  Chili cheese fries always sound good, but then when you're half way through them 15578026 fries are soggy from 15578026 sauce. This is why I rarely order them.  15578026 flavor of 15578026 chili cheese is delicious and unique - almost like there's a smidge of curry in there - something unexpected but delightful.  My only gripe is that I think 15578026 fries were over seasoned.  I tend to be in tune with how foods make my body feel, and 15578026 rest of 15578026 day I had a too-much-salt burn in my mouth and I was dehydrated. Nice little bonuses: Condiment bar with house made sauces, and a variety of pickles.  There's a full bar, which I'm unable to comment upon due to 15578026 bun in my oven. However, I have a date with a boozed up milkshake sometime in 15578026 not too distant future!  Also, they sell packages of day old buns for $1.99. I came here for dinner with friends for dinner last night.  This place is very efficient!  15578026 doorman explained how there is an entire system, from ordering drinks, food, and being assigned a table.  I haven't experienced such a system in any other restaurant, but it was actually really easy to understand.  15578026 place must've been designed by a team of engineers, foodies, and graphic designers.  All 15578026 employees were friendly and upbeat. Now for 15578026 food: amazing!  Our stomachs rumbled to 15578026 smell of 15578026 fresh-baked hamburger buns as we waited in line.  I ordered 15578026 "Lil' Prick" martini, with tequila, lime, and prickly pear.  It was a really good drink.  If alcohol is not your thing, they have a wide selection of Maine Root sodas, all locally made with real cane sugar.  I tried a bite of 15578026 homemade ice cream shakes, which were very tasty, and so thick you have to eat them with a spoon! I would consider 15578026 burger to be in my top 3 for 15578026 city of Austin.  15578026 classic was really juicy, covered with Tillamook cheddar, crispy bacon fresh lettuce and tomato.  15578026 only thing separating it from a Casino El Camino or Counter Cafe Burger was that I couldn't order it medium-rare.  All of our burgers were medium-done, which is not bad, just not my *favorite*. Food is amazing, especially 15578026 Llano Poblano Burger and 15578026 Nutella Chocolate Covered Pretzel milkshake......sadly I do not like waiting forever to eat a tasty burger.  Both locations, on Congress and 15578026 new one on Anderson Lane, both have long lines.  If you are willing to stand in line, it's fairly priced and you won't be disappointed in 15578026 burger! I went to Hopdoddy's early on a Saturday night. My husband and I felt like eating some tasty
