Really everything there is fresh: that make their own bread they cut their own fries and they grind their own meat. 22765398 only fault I found with my burger was that it was a little bit on 22765398 rare side and I prefer mine medium or even well done. I'm sure they would have obliged if I would have asked before ordering it but I guess that's something to remember 22765398 next time. I don't eat too many burgers lately but this was a treat. Overall this is a very good place, but it does get very crowded on Saturday nights and it does take a while for 22765398 line to move along, but 22765398 price is very reasonable, and it's a very fun atmosphere. Not like this place needs another rave review but here are my $0.02 for anyone who wants to know. I'm not a burger person at all, but after eating at Hopdoddy I said something completely foreign to me: "I'm so happy I ate that burger." I've had 22765398 turkey burger and it's good. But it pales in comparison to 22765398 bison burger I had yesterday. Literally every ingredient was perfectly executed, EVEN 22765398 blue cheese. It's such a strong flavor, I loathe when chefs abuse it. You won't find that problem here! 22765398 fries were delicious too. If you're ordering a buger, you might as well order them. You will NOT regret it. I intend to go back to taste 22765398 following: primetime, ahi tuna burger, 22765398 Joplin veggie burger, and 22765398 greek lamb burger. Hell, I probably just want to try all of them...Oh, my friends have eaten 22765398 Diablo burger and literally cried. It's always awkward watching a man cry, but at Hopdoddy I pretty much expect to see tears of joy. Extra points for 22765398 efficient operations too. From 22765398 line to 22765398 table, it was 22765398 perfect pace and vibe. Woo! I have been told about this place before and told to not worry about 22765398 line but I drove past a few weeks back and 22765398 line was out 22765398 door and down 22765398 road a ways I thought that place really must be amazing but I can be impatient and standing in a line like that could drive me mad. I was headed over to Gueros last week and parked in 22765398 lot but some food trailers walking to Gueros as we are passing Hopdoddys my roommate says that he still really wants to try this burger joint I looked over and to my amazement not only was 22765398 line nonexistent but there were empty tables inside so about face and we walked in, a hostess greater us and asked if we would like a table or to sit at 22765398 bar..... my roommate and I both enjoy striking up conversations with random people so we opted for 22765398 bar 22765398 bartender was training but was fantastic, we both deal with craft beers so we know a little about them for what they had on draft (craft beers) I felt it was lacking but I went with a trusted old friend St Arnold Lawnmower it was served in a chilled almost frozen giant fishbowl/margarita glass not like that bothers me or is going to keep me from drinking my beer I just thought it was kinda weird but to
