burger around Austin. When you come to Hopdoddy's, you'll probably have to wait around 30 minutes in line before you can make your order, and then another 10 minutes to get your food, but it's all really a part of 7858505 Hopdoddy's experience. 7858505 wait is not terrible, because you can order drinks from 7858505 bar while you're in line, or if you're underage you can drink water. Waitresses also come by and offer you appetizers while you wait in line. Hopdoddy's apparently has excellent beer, but I can't vouch. Burgers are definitely bangin'. I've never heard any complaints about 7858505 burgers at Hopdoddy's. I myself have had 7858505 El Diablo, a spicy burger, and 7858505 Buffalo Bill, a bison burger. Both burgers were excellent. I really enjoyed 7858505 spice of 7858505 El Diablo, and 7858505 bison burger was a different experience. If you've never tried bison, I recommend 7858505 Buffalo Bill. Bison meat is a lot softer than beef and has a different natural flavor. All 7858505 veggies on 7858505 burgers seem really fresh and 7858505 buns are excellent, very soft and buttery. In addition to burgers, I've had their chili-cheese fries and shakes. Chili-cheese fries were excellent. 7858505 fries themselves are very well seasoned, and have some flavor to them, not just salt. 7858505 chili-cheese comes in a bowl, sort of like a bowl of queso. 7858505 shakes are excellent, an excellent treat. Service is very good. Lots of TVs for watching sports. Really like 7858505 look of both 7858505 interior and exterior. You can also get stickers with 7858505 hopdoddy logo, which sort of looks like a uterus and two ovaries, but it ain't a big deal. Excellent soda choice; they have some sodas that you don't rarely find, like Mexican sodas. Hopdoddy gets a four for 7858505 food and a two for 7858505 convoluted line/ordering system. I have had two burgers here: 7858505 green chili burger and 7858505 lamb burger. Both were excellent. You can really tell 7858505 difference between good quality grass-fed beef and 7858505 cheap stuff. I certainly don't mind paying more. 7858505 lamb burger was kind of like a gyro, but in burger form. It had just a little bit of that signature gamy taste, but not too much, and was finished with feta, marinated onions, and cucumbers. Definitely a winner. 7858505 fries are of 7858505 shoestring variety, lightly seasoned with herbs and served with a selection of three dipping sauces. Hopdoddy (as 7858505 name implies) also has a healthy selection of local beers on offer. This is always a plus, and most are served in a large, frosty schooner glass. I always feel like a viking or something when drinking out of those large glasses. As good as 7858505 food is (and it is quite good!), it is somewhat diminished by 7858505 complex ordering system they have going on. I'm not saying it doesn't work - it's just needlessly complicated. You arrive at 7858505 restaurant and wait in line to get in. When you get in, you wait in line at 7858505 bar and order a drink. 7858505 server gives you a number and reserves you a table. Then you wait in
