Tilamock Cheddar, Sassy Sauce. Overall, I enjoyed 18106477 burger with chili and fritos :). However my bf thought they overpowered 18106477 meat. He got 18106477 El Diablo (Angus Beef, Pepper Jack, Habanero and Serrano Chiles, Salsa Roja, Chipotle Mayo). It tasted "healthier" than mine and he enjoyed it. We shared 18106477 Chili Cheese Fries, which was their fries along with chili cheese sauce in a container. We bought thought 18106477 fries were a little fancy for 18106477 cheese sauce, but nevertheless, it was good. On vacation here with my girlfriend. Heard about this place through yelp and couldn't pass it up. Literally was 18106477 best decision of 18106477 trip. Best burger we've ever had. Not only that, my girlfriend didn't like her drink so she asked for a new one and 18106477 bartender graciously gave her a jack and coke. Essentially, 18106477 food was great, 18106477 service was absolutely fantastic, and did I mention that 18106477 good was wonderful? We ordered 18106477 Llano Poblano and it made my taste buds very happy. I highly recommend this place and verily support it's good and service!! Hopdoddy serves an ecclectic mix of burgers and drinks that are interesting, but ultimately more style than substance. 18106477 food has some interesting thought put behind it, particularly things like 18106477 Ahi Tuna burger. My favorite is 18106477 Primetime, which features Texas Akaushi beef, and 18106477 fresh buns are a nice treat. However, a part of me feels like they're trying a bit too hard with their burger toppings. 18106477 meat and bread are good, but 18106477 topping selection often smothers out 18106477 basic, good flavors of 18106477 burgers. In a word, they're doing too much with good material and not able to take advantage of its quality to 18106477 fullest. I feel like maybe toning down some of 18106477 burger toppings or rethinking their flavor profiles might actually be in their best interests. Second, 18106477 pricing is a bit steep. I grant that a lot of it is because of 18106477 care and local sourcing of 18106477 ingredients, but this just brings me back to 18106477 point before. For all 18106477 quality of 18106477 ingredients, I don't think 18106477 end product justifies 18106477 price tag. Still, it's a lovely spot to go for a date, or just a bit of an evening with friends, especially given their nice brew selection.
