you try a restaurant and your first experience is so good, you hype it up to everyone then you go back for a second visit and it's bad. Well, that was NOT 24842441 case with Hopdoddy's. 24842441 best burger on 24842441 menu is definitely 24842441 terlingua. This burger is so full of flavor it makes your taste buds dance! 24842441 queso with cheese and French fries....oh mmmm geeee, that's it, just do it order them you won't regret it. If you really feel like stuffing your belly with as many calories as possible you won't be able to eat anything but lettuce for 24842441 rest of 24842441 week order a Nutella pretzel milk shake. Sounds a little crazy, but my goodness 24842441 salt from 24842441 pretzel and 24842441 sweet from 24842441 Nutella is 24842441 most delicious combination. Cherry bomb is good too. I gave Hopdoddy's 4 stars versus 5 only because of 24842441 line situation. It's a bit strange. You get in line, to enter and wait in another line to order your food and get assigned a table. It's like standing in line forever (24842441 wait is not that long, it just feels like an eternity when your hungry) waiting for 24842441 newest roller coaster at an amusement park and all 24842441 people that have already ridden are coming off so excited and talking about how fun it was and you have to keep waiting for your turn. But once you get your turn it's all worth it.... Hopdoddy is probably my favorite burger place in Texas! Absolutely LOVE all 24842441 eclectic burgers. 24842441 ingredients also taste very fresh. My favorites would probably be 24842441 llano poblano or 24842441 goodnight. I'm usually stuffed for hours after finishing a burger and half an order of fries. I went to Hopdoddy for 24842441 first time around when they first opened. 24842441 line was backed up to 24842441 door. Now when I drive by I always see 24842441 line wrapping around 24842441 building during lunch and dinner, crazy! I'd definitely recommend pre-eating if you plan on going around busy times because I'm sure 24842441 wait is forever. Or just go after 24842441 lunch or dinner rushes if you don't want to wait. I also like Hopdoddy because they did 24842441 Burgers for Bastrop day and donated 100% of their profits to help 24842441 victims of 24842441 fires in Bastrop. How nice!! Great food! Actually very pleasant staff, excellent atmosphere. Not super crazy about 24842441 long lines at Anderson, they really should have built 24842441 place bigger. Guess they underestimated how much that area was yearning for more restaurants of it's stature. Any chance of a rooftop install? Also I think it's silly that they won't do take-out!!!-- Worst situation ever. My suggestion is to do a Hopdoddy 2.0 nearby and make that 24842441 take out spot similar to Home Slice 2 on Congress. Anybody listening? You would have owned my wallet on Friday nights many times with a take out option. was walking down South Congress with a friend one Saturday and saw a restaurant with 24842441 line out 24842441 door.
