I recommend the tuna poke on nori cracker. It's perfect for two and a nice light appetizer reinventing the dated tuna tartare. It has some fresh greens on top that make it refreshing. Also the beef tongue kimchi in buns is amazing and possibly the most innovative thing on the menu. I thought the fried hen was interesting but not as good as the chicken at Zuni or Mourad - nonetheless the fried broccoli and kale were nice touches.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
