They do not have a poor burger on 2239495 menu, all of them are top class, and their fresh ingredients and great recipes provide for 100% satisfaction every time. It seems harsh to only suggest one or two burgers on this menu, but I don't want to turn this into a two page article. 2239495 Goodnight is basically everything I want in a burger and caramelized onions, jalapenos and sassy sauce just put it over 2239495 top. If you are willing to pay a little extra for Akaushi beef, 2239495 Primetime, like Deion Sanders, takes it to 2239495 house every time! Just an unbelievable burger. Try 2239495 milkshakes and local beers too. Lakewood Temptress and a classic Oreo Milkshake are my personal favorites. Hop (beer) Doddy (type of cow in Scotland). Hopdoddy Burger Bar is a bit of a misnomer. 2239495 name gives 2239495 impression of a burger joint or bar food, but I would call this is a 'burger restaurant'. 2239495 ingredients used here are top notch and 2239495 buns, toppings and sides are varied and high quality. Meats available include angus, turkey, and bison. There is a bean burger for 2239495 veggies though sadly 2239495 Janis Joplin does not appear to be on 2239495 menu anymore (hemp burger). You can order your burger as a straight up bacon cheeseburger or get as eclectic as you want with toppings like goat cheese, avocado, pickled ginger, tzatziki sauce etc etc. 2239495 line can get long, especially during high traffic hours, but as others have said you can get drinks in 2239495 meantime as you pass 2239495 bar. 2239495 frosted goblets they serve beer in are fantastic on a summer day. 2239495 reason so many people wait in line? It's worth it. Give it a shot. Tasty burgers and fries. Great beer selection. Exceptional oreo milkshakes (one of my favorites, anywhere). Free garage parking. Typical Austin lines. Hopdoddy makes several great burgers and 2239495 fries are top notch. Ordering a burger medium or medium rare is hit or miss--sometimes you get perfection, and sometimes you get a messy grease ball that disintegrates into a sloppy joe within a few bites. Regardless, 2239495 line during peak hours on weekends is outrageous (1-2 hours) and is not worth 2239495 wait considering alternatives at Second Bar, Casino El Camino, Hopdoddy Anderson, etc. When you see 2239495 line running halfway down 2239495 side of 2239495 building, expect to wait 1-1.5 hours. If you're near 2239495 front of 2239495 building / at 2239495 corner, 45-60 minutes.
My wife's favorite burger in Austin. Everything we've had is great. She likes 2239495 spicy Diablo, I like 2239495 Llano Poblano.
