The green tea has a light but present flavor that resembles good green tea ice cream that I've enjoyed as dessert. However, this ice cream is much better because it's so creamy and rich. I am really glad that they don't package it in smaller containers or else I might have been tempted to stuff myself with an entire pint at once. As it is, I found myself using a small bowl and spoon and therefore sparing my stomach. Until the next dessert.

I've been living in San Jose since forever and I've known about this place for awhile but I just never had time to go since they don't open on weekends.
Today I finally went and I'm kicking myself for not going sooner.
The place was pretty easy to find thanks to other Yelpers and their pics. Staff was really nice and helpful. They give you a paper bag btw.
I really wanted to try green tea, toasted almond and mango, but they ran out of mango and toasted almond ): So in the end I just opted for green tea and coffee almond fudge.
The green tea ice cream had a lighter green color than what I usually eat in restaurants so I was afraid that the flavor would be lacking (also other companies add a ton of green food coloring) . Boy was I wrong! The first bite of that ice cream was like heaven. They seriously nailed the flavor. Not bland and not too strong. This green tea seriously reminded of the green tea ice cream in the mochi. Sooo good.
I haven't tried other flavors, but if they can perfect green tea ice cream, I am sure their other flavors are just as amazing.
I don't think I will ever buy supermarket ice cream ever again. No more of that light, airy, "frozen dairy dessert" stuff! may seem a little pricier than supermarket ice cream, but trust me, every bite will be worth it.
The best part for me is that it only takes a little bit of Treat ice cream to satisfy my sweet tooth, since each bite packs a lot of flavor. This mean the carton will last awhile for me, yay! Who am I kidding? I will probably finish the carton in 2 days.
I have been seriously contemplating about clearing out my freezer for enough space to fit at least 3 more cartons.
You know I will be back for mango and toasted almond and I won't stop until I've tried at least half their flavors!7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
