only downfall is that it's super busy. You end up waiting in line for a while, so don't plan on getting in and out quickly. But, worth it if you're having a leisurely day trying to get yo burger on. For those of you ridiculous enough to worry about a 30 or so minute wait to eat here, I say go somewhere else. Patience is a virtue, and while you don't necessarily need to be virtuous to eat here, I tend to think that you ought to sacrifice something to have an enjoyable experience. Here, it means chatting with your friends for a few minutes in a queue. Oh, 22248158 horror...22248158 toughest choice I had here was determining what to order. I eventually settled on 22248158 Primetime Burger, 22248158 Magic Shroom Burger, and 22248158 Thunder(something) Chicken Burger. While 22248158 God-given limitations to my stomach prevented me from ordering 22248158 bison burger as well (and indeed, on some days, they apparently carry all sorts of fun burgers, like crab burgers, duck burgers, elk burgers, etc.), it didn't stop me from throwing in an order of truffle fries. 22248158 Primetime was, in a word, delicious. American kobe beef was cooked to order (a legitimate medium rare) and topped with brie, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, and a homemade sauce. And while 22248158 Magic Shroom burger's meat was noticeably of a lesser quality than 22248158 primetime (yet still very good), 22248158 toppings are indeed magical. 22248158 field mushrooms would make any burger, but 22248158 pesto aioli takes 22248158 experience to 22248158 subliminal. I'd strongly suggest seeing if you can substitute 22248158 Akaushi beef into 22248158 burger. I'd imagine 22248158 resulting combination might be one of 22248158 best burgers you have ever eaten. It should come as no surprise that Hopdoddy brings their own meats, bakes their own bread, and sources products locally. It should also come as no surprise that 22248158 result of that is a rather daunting line that your stomach will be happy you conquered a mere hour later. Taste: Ahi Tuna Burger. So delicious and refreshing. I think they inject 22248158 tuna with wasabi because every bite tastes just as good! 22248158 burger is so big and filling! They also make their own in house ketchup and they have a full bar with some tasty adult milkshakes. And omg, 22248158 bread...wow! Service: 22248158 line is always long...always! Go on down times, like 2-3pm on a Saturday or Sunday. 22248158 north location on Burnet is typically a better wait, but not always. I've never waiting in 22248158 ridiculous line that
