Other than your nonna's (your Italian grandmother) pasta, Borgatti's in the best you can get. This place has been here since the 7th day, when God created pasta (then rested), so they really know what they are doing.
Everything here is great, but the fresh pasta is really the star of the show. I recommend either the spinach or the mushroom noodles. You can get them cut to several sizes (the give you a sheet showing the widths, and you could order by number [if you don't know the names of the sizes]). My favorite is the tagliatelle, the widest cut you can get. They also have a great assortment of dried pastas (including black, squid-ink noodles) and stuffed pastas. You really can't go wrong here.
AND--it's really cheap. A pound of fresh spinach pasta, less if you just want plain egg noodles. It is cash-only, though--fyi.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
