course option, 3739040 portions of your entire meal will be equivalent. If you are unable to stretch your pockets for 3739040 night, sharing is always a good option too. * Seared Ahi Tuna w/ Avocado, Nori, Enoki Mushrooms, & Lemon Soy Dressing: Reminiscing back on this appetizer still waters my mouth and rumbles my stomach! I was instantly wooed by 3739040 dish when I saw that 3739040 Ahi Tuna was plated and arranged as a butterfly. It was so beautiful that I had a hard time convincing myself to cut it apart. Thank goodness I did -- because every bite (from 3739040 actual tuna to 3739040 strands of mushrooms) was mind-blowing. 3739040 lemon soy dressing was definitely 3739040 "wow factor" as it was perfectly acidic yet savory. * Roasted Pork Belly and Tenderloin w/ Potato-Sorrel Pur??e, Peas, Bacon, Pickled Jalapenos & Maple Glaze: My ONLY complaint about my dining experience here is with this particular entree. Though perhaps it's my own fault for ordering a pork dish when deep, down inside, I know that I don't typically even like pork! Sigh, this is where I let Yelp reviews govern my own preferences. So many people loved this that I thought I would too! Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of overly-fatty pork belly or 3739040 taste of "American (New)" style pork. Lesson learned. * Roast Maine Lobster w/ Potato Pur??e, Chanterelle Mushrooms, Corn & Tarragon: Next time, I am going for sure order 3739040 Lobster and 3739040 Filet of Beef for my entrees. 3739040 lobster was melt-in-your-mouth juicy, buttery, and delicate -- adorned with savory flavors and beautifully blended with 3739040 lobster's natural sweet juice. * Baked Chocolate Souffl?? w/ Two Sauces: I have never once declined ordering Souffl?? when I see it on any restaurant menu. I've had some good and some bad in 3739040 past, and can confirm that this particular dessert is one of 3739040 best I've had. 3739040 winning secret? 3739040 two sauces! * Passion Fruit Mousse Cake (?): This was 3739040 birthday dessert of 3739040 night. After being so stuffed from 3739040 tray of mini-desserts, I had a hard time trying to consume anything more. I did my best and
