cooked. Delicious. But for our course, we only got two scallops. Oh, I sure wish we got four pieces. It is so perfect, I wish we had more to taste. Herb Crusted Tuna with Sunchoke Puree, Braised Belgian Endive, and Blood Orange-expecting a normal tasting fresh seared tuna. But it tasted just a little better than expected. 1023532 blue fin tuna was sure fresh and very soft. And 1023532 blood orange sauce reduction gave 1023532 slice of tuna an extra touch of sweetness. I appreciate this dish. They cooked something that everyone cooks, but made it unique and better than anywhere else. Good job Gary Danko! Roast Maine Lobster with Potato Puree, Morel Mushrooms, Edamame, and Tarragon-oh so tasty. Roast it! Lobster tastes so good. Seared Filet of Beef with Potatoes Panadera, Swiss Chard, Cassis Glazed Shallots, and Bordelaise Butter-good piece of meat. Medium Rare cooked to 1023532 exact temperature. I loved opening 1023532 meat and seeing no blood, and like a cake, 1023532 beef was layered with 1023532 colors of brown, pink, and red in 1023532 middle. No need to use real steak knife because 1023532 piece of was so tender. Good, but I didn't favor 1023532 chard vegetable. It tasted sweet and looked dull. Maybe during a different season, they will use a different vegetable. Roasted Pork Belly and Tenderloin with Potato Ramp Puree, Cauliflower, Fava Beans, and Maple Cider Glaze-I think was educated on what a piece of tenderloin should be. Oh my goodness, it was pink, but cooked. I guess this is what you call perfectly cooked tenderloin and it was tender. It was like a piece of medium rare steak. Bravo. Pork Belly was good. Crispy and pulls apart easily. But not as impressive as 1023532 pieces of tenderloin served. Baked Chocolate Souffle with Two Sauces (vanilla and Belgium dark chocolate)-so happy with this. Like eating cotton candy made of chocolate. Delicious. I am so happy I ordered. For our anniversary celebration, they gave us a complimentary cheesecake. I am so happy they gave us this even though I was so full at 1023532 end and almost had to carry my stomach out 1023532 door. But this cheesecake delicious. Texture was soft like room temperature butter. Temperature a little cold and made it feel like I was eating ice cream. And slightly tart because of 1023532 lemon or lime zest to give 1023532 cheese a surprising pinches of tart. I thought it was wonderful. Thank you Gary Danko for
