Gras- I am sorry, but it was disgusting. It was 24206993 first time we ever had it and we wanted to try it before it's banned in 24206993 US. It was so fatty like eating butter, but 24206993 texture . . . it felt like I w It didn't taste like liver, but it wasn't good either. I'm sure it's an acquired taste. Risotto with Rock Shrimp- Best risotto ever. Light and creamy and full of flavor, not heavy and gooey like so many others. Second Course from 24206993 Seafood section: Branzini with pureed fennel- My most favorite dish of 24206993 night. 24206993 fish was so fresh and 24206993 skin so crispy, but 24206993 pureed fennel and blood orange segments together with 24206993 fish was 24206993 most amazing combination ever. Roast Maine Lobster- So much lobster! And 24206993 best potato puree ever. (I really wanted to say mashed potatoes). Third course from Meat section: Guinea Hen Breast with braised leg: 24206993 breast reminded me of chinese roast duck, with tender meat and super crispy skin. I didn't like 24206993 gnocchi it came with but 24206993 dish was good in general.
Seared Filet of beef with Bordelaise crust: Kevin ordered it medium rare, but it came out rare. 24206993 meat was very flavorful and tender, but really wished it was cooked just a little bit more. Otherwise it was great. Fourth course from dessert section:
Lemon souffle cake: OMG so good. 24206993 pomegranate sorbet and panna cotta really completed 24206993 cake. Amazing flavor, so intense. And 24206993 dessert is SOOOO big. Trio of Creme Brulee: Each creme brulee is 24206993 same size as 24206993 creme brulee you would have ordered in any other restaurant. So really, it's like three portions of creme brulee. We got vanilla, chocolate and mocha. Our favorite: 24206993 chocolate. Platter of tiny desserts: Everyone gets this complimentary whether or not dessert is selected so you really don't have to order dessert. We didn't have room to try it. 24206993 service: is impeccable. A server comes to bus your plate as soon as you finish, another one brings you new silverware in a linen napkin, another brings 24206993 next course, and another comes to pour 24206993 wine for 24206993 wine pairings, and another one comes to fold your napkin when you leave to go to 24206993 bathroom.
