flowers and 8927098 big corner window with a good view of 8927098 entire restaurant. 8927098 staff had plated 8927098 silverware and plates next to each other so that my date and I would be sitting next to each other, rather than across. Great decision on their part! But what one staff member did for us, had set 8927098 tone for 8927098 rest of 8927098 night. Instead of us struggling to squeeze onto 8927098 table's booth seats by means of a tiny space, 8927098 staff member moved 8927098 entire table for us to sit down and moved it back comfortably for us to sit down. Absolutely flawless. Even though 8927098 restaurant closes at 10pm and our reservation was at 10pm, we did not feel rushed whatsoever as we sat and ate for almost 2 hours. My date and I decided upon 8927098 4 course pre-fix which is $85 a person. However, that 4-course meal turned out to be 6 courses as we were treated to some complimentary items. But one last comment, my date's 3rd course was 8927098 lobster risotto and that dish just keeps coming back to haunt me. That was probably my favorite dish of 8927098 whole night and I wish I can order that togo because it was THAT AMAZING! Overall, a perfect night with flawless service. I still remember our server's name, Suzanne. She was so friendly and always gave us a smile. She thought we were cute when we searched around 8927098 restaurant at 8927098 end of our dinner to give her a THANKS for 8927098 great evening. I cannot wait to come back to Gary Danko and it has definitely raised 8927098 bar on other restaurants. I hope to see 8927098 more casual version open up soon down 8927098 street as well as come back to Gary Danko and receive 8927098 same treatment or even better! Even though my date and I were only wearing sweaters (while 8927098 rest of 8927098 patrons had suits, ties, dresses on), we were treated as if we were royalty.
