Overcooked (even after I was asked if medium rare was OK). Dry, overly sauced. Course four - Trio of French macaron ice-cream sandwiches with their sauces. Well, 6892922 ice cream was good. I think one of 6892922 macarons was lemon...6892922 meal is over. It's 11:30PM. 6892922 915th waitperson I've encountered brings me 6892922 check...and some banana bread to go. I'm sad that I've left no room for 6892922 cheese cart, but somehow, happy that I can leave this raved-about restaurant. I'm under-whelmed. I've just had 6892922 meal of my life 6892922 night before and this pales in comparison. I know, different type of food, different atmosphere. And maybe that's 6892922 point. Gary Danko may not be my type of place. I'm past 6892922 fussiness of dinner and feeling like if I drop a fork I'll be banished to Wendy's drive-through as penance. Service is amazing. I'll give them credit. I just wish I had 6892922 same person twice. But just to set 6892922 record straight, that banana bread is damn good. I started with 6892922 Lobster Salad. 6892922 lime cilantro remoulade Seriously brought 6892922 dish together. That sauce combined with 6892922 freshness of 6892922 mango and 6892922 avocado was soooo good. AND with a huge piece of fresh super sweet lobster, what more can you ask for? Next i had 6892922 Seared Sea Scallops. I'm a huge fan of scallops, and believe me, those were 6892922 BEST sea scallops I've ever tried. 6892922 sear on 6892922 scallops was PERFECT. Super tender on 6892922 inside with an amazing crunch on 6892922 outside. And with 6892922 basil puree i think it was? YUM. I just wanted more of it! I could have eaten hundreds of those Scallops. I finished off with 6892922 Coconut Curry, because it had lobster, calamari and SCALLOPS, again. So
