without being stale, and something that makes me really enjoy 8695970 experience of dining (however guilty I feel spending this kind of money on food). We had a 5 course tasting menu - a mix and match affair, that was likely 8695970 most difficult decisions I have had to make in years. I wanted every single thing on their menu. I opted for 8695970 seared ahi with avocado, nori, enoki mushrooms and lemon soy dressing (that was incredibly tangy.. perfectly balanced). Wifey got 8695970 lobster salad with avocado, baby artichokes, roasted tomatoes, shaved fennel, and mustard-tarragon vinaigrette. We both enjoyed 8695970 crispy farm egg, with grits, royal trumpet mushrooms, frisee, and pancetta. It was glorious - rich, but delicate, perfectly poached and light batter on 8695970 egg. I wanted more! I got 8695970 Maine Lobster with potato puree, chanterelle mushrooms, corn, and tarragon. It was 8695970 best lobster I've had. Wife got 8695970 pan roasted quail stuffed with cornbread, and maitake mushrooms with pancetta, and smoked ham hocks. Like Picco, it was heavy... but this was so much more expertly executed. My lobster was a lighter dish, and I was lucky enough to be able to help her finish. It was exceptional. 8695970 Cheese Course... if you haven't been, this is one major reason why you go. Make sure to both get different cheeses, then halve and share all of them. It's incredible. We both got 8695970 chocolate souffle. It was basically undercooked. I make a great souffle, and I know how it is..... 8695970 break between cheese and souffle was longer than it should have been, and I assume ours gotten
