Why couldn't you just admit that there was a mixup in 24611690 kitchen and apologize? Except this was not 24611690 first time this would happen. There was a 5-10 minute lull between each course that we were served, and we had to keep waving someone down to please check on our next course. We were seated at 9:15, and ended up leaving 24611690 restaurant well after midnight.
