From the moment my left toe entered through the doorway of this modern american environment I was impressed. Sure there was some unnamed sports figure sitting at the first seat as we entered, but he was quickly overlooked as I noticed the tenders behind the bar taking such careful actions in ensuring their recipes were prepared to perfection before sliding them in front of the craving lips of those waiting. We grabbed a booth in the back. Comfortable seating, and perfect lighting made the experience cozy enough for the two of us but open enough to mingle. The wait staff was unprecedented with their availability, openness, and personalities.
I confirmed with the waiter not what the most popular item was, but what his favorite item was.
