It's so nice to have a good cheese store with knowledgeable cheesemongers near me. I came in looking for a very specific cheese that another local store didn't have. Not only were they able to provide me with that exact cheese, but they also were able to recommend some similar varieties (same animal, from the same region, aged a similar length) that I took home and loved.
There are also meats, preserves, nuts, wine, and bread & crackers to pair with your cheeses of choice. If you need any ideas on pairings, just ask! They will know exactly what to eat/drink with your selections.
So why only 4 stars? The prices are typical of Beverly Hills - a little bit excessive.
Developing a relationship with a cheesemonger is a great idea because they'll know your tastes and preferences and will always be able to put something together that you'll enjoy. Unfortunately, I don't know that I can afford to do that here. But when I'm looking for a specific cheese, I know where I'm coming.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
