Juniper Crusted Bison with Sptzle - cooked rare but not so rare where you feel like it is about to walk off your plate at any time. Flambeed Pineapple with Mascarpone Filled Crepes, Graham Cracker-Macadamia Nut Streusel and Vanilla Ice Cream - Prepared tableside so be prepared for a "hot" show.
