What is this quintessence of duck? 13624153 That would be Blue Collar's excellent duck "McMuffin." Duck jus, duck bacon, sunny side up duck egg, it's a dish of duck-on-duck-on-duck deliciousness. What a great brunch dish.
Also a great option: the veggie plate. 13624153 And this is one of the best things at Blue Collar -- the veggie plate (pick four options from a lengthy list) feels like a centerpiece of the menu, not an afterthought. Particularly great on this visit? The honey roasted sunchokes. Also the couscous in a light tomato sauce was like a great 'grown-up' spaghetti-Os (only way I can describe it).
