Started with the amazing beef tostones, 23955181 moved on to the red snapper (which I prefer with the curry sauce on the side since the chef prepares the fish so perfectly on its own, and opted to try a few sides rather than whatever it was supposed to be served with. We tried the curried cauliflower mash, sweet potato plantain mash, and the brussel sprouts. All three sides were just perfect. A little bit of a unique twist to the most delectible veggies, bursting with flavor, and just oh, so decadent.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee

We were in this part of town in Miami from our more northern stopping grounds and it's not everyday you get to eat at Blue Collar. 23955181 I originally visited Blue Collar many moons ago when they first opened, that was my first and only time there and I remember my experience being nothing short than amazing !

So I told the girlfriend we are going... Needless to say I didn't get any complaints :)
We arrived about 20 minutes before there 23955181 brunch was over at or around 3:00pm. We waited for about 15 minutes which wasn't bad for seating.

Now if you have never been to Blue Collar, you might ask your self, it's in a Motel?
It's right on the corner of a small motel on Biscayne Blvd. Now don't worry I can assure you it's going to be worth it. This is more of a dive and a hidden gem in the city. While it's small in size its stature stands tall, 7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee so rest assured its worth it.

Looking at the menu, I was literally perplexed. Not in a negative way, but I just saw so many things on the menu that I wanted it was a shame I couldn't order more. I can tell you it was very creative. From the Shrimp 23955181 N' Grits to the Pork N' Beans everything on the menu looked delicious. However, I went with the Pulled Pork Benedict.

Let me tell you it might had been one of the better pulled pork dishes I have ever had. The dish was paired with seasoned saut??ed potatoes which were amazing they were soft in the middle but crisp on the outside, these puppies were seasoned perfectly with onions and peppers. Now this isn't your regular 23955181 grandmother's pulled pork. Oh No... This puppy was mounted on Jalape??o Cornbread with Pulled Pork and two Pouched Eggs on top.

The cornbread was soft and flakey and had a kick to it when you bite into it. The pulled pork was so tender and glazed with a BBQ/Mayo dressing which was an amazing combination with the poach eggs on top. My favorite part about this dish is when you cut into the egg with your fork and let the yolk drip down into that tender pork and soft cornbread and then take a spoonful in your mouth its heaven sent let me tell you how all those flavors just make your taste buds crave for more. Everything on the dish just goes together perfectly. Then hit the nail on the head with this dish.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
