My main was the flat iron steak. It had bleu 11669220 cheese butter on top with fingerling potatoes surrounding it. I asked for the cooked recommendation, which was suggested medium rare - and is what I was expecting. It came out much more rare than medium, which made it difficult to cut towards the center, and also made it difficult to chew. When a steak is too rare, this happens - the tenderness is lost. The potato fingerlings were ok. Could have also been cooked more, and with more flavor inside them. <p><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><span style="font-size: 12px; color: #f4f5f5;">Super cute ambience, nice and friendly service, but most importantly...EVERYTHING we ordered was SO DARN GOOD! Must order the Chicken Liver Mousse, Chipotle Hummus, Plums & Burrata, and Crispy 11669220 Brussels Sprouts & Sweet Potato! I'm going to give this place 4 thumbs up and I'm going to bring all my thumbs back again and again!!!
=FOOD=
1) Crispy Chicken Breast (19) - Chickpea panisse, broccolini, pistachio gremolata and a juicy and tender piece of chicken best. 11669220 I first thought the chickpea panisse was mashed potato with a ton of stuff mixed in it. To be honest, this was the one dish I could've gone without, as good of quality as it was. Just felt like I have chicken too much.
2) Chicken Liver Mousse (9) - Oh my gosh......GET IT! The jar was filled with a thick liver mousse that was just perfect. I was worried that there would be more outside flavors that covered up the actual liver taste, 7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee but it was just right! It comes with a few slices of toasted baguette. I could've done without the baguette honestly because I don't like bread slicing up my mouth, and because...DUCK LIVER MOUSSE!!!
3) Chipotle Hummus (8) - GET IT! The hummus was so good. I loved that the chipotle flavor actually had that "spicy-chipotle-kick"! Jammed packed with strong flavors, I almost forgot I was eating Hummus! 11669220 This also comes with "smoked paprika pita crisps". I absolutely love pita, and it was the first time I've had it as crisps! The chips were so unique and so good with the paprika seasoning!
4) Plums & Burrata (14) - YES...GET IT! The wild arugula, basil and the balsamic vinegar went remarkably well with the plums 11669220 and burrata! Oh my gosh. Each item on that plate, when by itself was just okay (besides the super delicious burrata and the plums), but put it together...the chefs really knows what they're doing!
5) Crispy Brussels Sprouts & Sweet Potato (9) - GET IT! Maple vinaigrette, cashew and nori all mixed in. The picture might look kind of gross, but this dish was SO flavorful and so addicting! Honestly, I couldn't separate each flavor, but like all the other dishes we ordered tonight, everything put together made this dish one of the best brussels sprouts dish I've had! If you're not a fan of brussels sprouts, you'll become one after this!7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
