Excellent service, fun atmosphere, 23799432 nicely done renovation of space...(I'd eaten in that location when it was a Chinese buffet), tasty BBQ, reasonable prices. Also go see Daniel at the bar. He lives in the area and is really easy to talk to. He really knew his stuff and had great recommendations. 23799432 He was really a stand up guy, the lunch rush was crazy but still managed to treat all the customers at the bar equally.
The food here is just terrific. I got the burnt end burger which was literally burnt ends on a burger. I have had a lot of burgers in my day and I have eaten a few that just make you think "man that could have given me a 23799432 heart attack. This place however is different, for whatever reason that burger was filling (no sides needed) but not so much that it pains you. It was the perfect mix of burger, burnt ends, coleslaw, and pickles. It has a ribbon next to it for a reason.
I also got some wings to go and while I have yet to try the meat the sauce was just out of this world. It's sweet up front with a nice spicy after taste that burns your lips just a tad. The pleasure and pain combo most wings and sauces aim for. The sauce on the wings is the same sauce they serve you with the burger and it is fantastic! I'm not much of a sweet sauce person but the combo 7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee of sweet and hot was perfectly balanced here. Honestly the burger didn't even need it for me because the meat and juice ratio was perfect but I threw the sauce on the last few bites and it was delicious.
I ordered a beer on tap which they offer in 8oz and 16oz sizes. The seasonal a will run you close to 8-9 bucks for a 16oz which is pretty standard at a bar. The beer cocktails are pretty good as well. I tried a Ruby 23799432 Sipper which was served in a mason jar with a handle and had a sour/citrus taste.
My favorite drink was one im not sure was on the menu, it was a Smoked SoCo. If you see Daniel ask him for it, it was a great drink. Almost a smoky fruit taste, heavy on the smoke side probably due to the applewood smoking process in the mix.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
