We all warmed up to each other thanks to some sake sake. You can tell that this is something that is his life's passion. 24081808 He pays attention to all, and i mean ALL the details of everything he does. He didn't need to say it, his actions say it all.
The food, I can't even begin to describe in human words. It was so amazing, quality unmatched, and Chef Hiro was very knowledgeable 24081808 about everything he was serving. One thing that I was really impressed with was the sushi servings that we had to eat in under 10 seconds. He didn't want to have the quality disturbed at all and wants the maximum freshness and taste when you eat it.
Very serious food. Amazing food. I wish I can come here once a week.
