The bill was pretty cheap for a total of 7 13390857 wraps and fries. The cashier was prompt and helpful. When we had the shawarma, it was packed with meat and the right amount of sauce that it did not drip at all, the meat was falling off though because it was so packed in that roll of flat bread it was oozing meat and not sauce which was perfect because we ate in the car and not there as there were no tables or seats available.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee

<p><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><span style="font-size: 12px; color: #f4f5f5;">I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Its simply the best schwarma I have had. Period. However the location, seating, and service 13390857 all need a ton of work. Over the years I have worked in Detroit I have learned how to deal with the bad parts of this place and found that most visits, its been worth it.
The Schwarma is amazing! I do not know if 13390857 these guys have their own chicken farm but each Shwarma comes with at least an entire chicken breast worth of meat in each one. Most Schwarma I have had at other restaurants tends to be thin and disappointing compared to theirs. Bucharest has ruined me for other places.
First off the place is located close to FOX theater, Comerica Park, and Ford Field. That means do not bother trying to get food if the 7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee place is crowded. Same goes for lunch rush too. If you wanna eat at noon, go somewhere else. The place can often have lines out the door when its busy and wait times can be 30-40 mins for food when its really bad. My strategy is to either have lunch early or late if I plan to eat here.
The bar is pretty good overall. Lots of great 13390857 local beers. Bartenders have been friendly and easy to wrangle when a drink is needed. What can stink is seating is VERY limited. A small crowd can fill seating to capacity and when you think of normal bar traffic combined with a high-volume, schwarma-slinging takeout place like Bucharest in the same space, it can be a harrowing experience just to find a place to sit and eat your food. Whoever created the custom bar stools for the bar must have worked previously making BDSM equipment. They are pure torture and not in a good way. When the bar is packed, which is often, getting in and out of the seats requires some acrobatics.
Anyway, the service from the ladies behind the counter is lack-luster at best. They all have a very disinterested, snippy air about them which, after coming here for several years, still makes me feel like my business is not appreciated.
