It was about 30 degrees out but we had jackets, gloves, and hats. The neat part is that there are three different tiers of outside 24273219 that you can go on. The first two have glass walls that keep you warm and away from the wind that wrap around the building and the third tier is the actual TOP of the building. There is literally no higher you can go on the top tier. Great view.
We never went up the Empire State Building but would think Top of the Rock would be better since you can see the Empire 24273219 across the way AND Central Park.
After looking at pictures, it would be nice if they offered a discounted option to go up twice so you can experience it both at night and during the day. The day pictures look like you can see a lot more of the city as at night, it's darkness with lights that are only visible so you can probably see more of the city details and what you're looking at during the day.7ea99ed1b6714702bd5343b786c98bee
