Do these policy suggestions apply to all student groups, or only those
that receive UA Finboard funding as part of their operating budget? There
are several student groups out there that exist to serve the entire
student body but don't receive UA Finboard funding - is their property
still something the UA can play with as a result? I suspect the answer is
likely "no," as the property was never connected to Finboard at all.

Thoughts?
