NOTES:
Dean Hastings will be joining us with his colleague Dean Enders. A brief
question and answer session will follow. Questions from non-senators are
welcome.
Jessie and Joy will be giving a short presentation (similar to the one they gave
at the retreat) about two very important and illustrative reports from a few
years ago.
Please be sure to review the Task Force recommendations for the new GIR's. You
should be asking people in your living group what they think of them. Be
prepared to give a short summary.
Also be prepared to share with the Senate body what your constituents expect
from you, and any feedback you've gathered about the MIT Cable survey results.
The legislation for the next meeting is attached, including two supporting
documents for 38 U.A.S 1.1, one from 34 U.A.C and one from 35 U.A.S. I expect
everyone to be familiar with these pieces of legislation before the meeting.
Steve Kelch
UA Senate Speaker
