EDS NOTE: NUDITY - A man throws a box toward a FEMEN
activist during a protest in front of the Grand Mosque in Paris,
Wednesday, April 3, 2013. The radical feminists, calling for more sexual
freedom for Arab women, were protesting in support of a young Tunisian
woman who received online death threats from ultraconservative Muslims after
posting topless photos of herself online. (AP Photo/Christophe Ena)The Associated
PressTUNIS, Tunisia A 19-year-old Tunisian who bared her breasts and taunted
Muslim hard-liners says that she fears for her life and wants to
take refuge abroad. The Ukraine-based group Femen, which stages pranks for
women's and gay rights, apparently inspired the bold act of the woman
known only as Amina. The group held an International Topless Jihad
day last Thursday in support of Muslim women, including Amina.Amina went
into hiding after reportedly receiving death threats. But she reappeared
in an interview broadcast Saturday with the French cable TV station Canal
Plus at her refuge in a village hours from the Tunisian capital. She
told Canal Plus that "I must leave Tunisia."Amina said she fears for
her life in her homeland, but will keep her Femen principles "until
I'm 80."
UNDATED: This photo released by the Carson City Sheriff's Office shows William
McCune.APRENO, Nev. A body believed to be that of Nevada's chief
insurance examiner was found wrapped in a blanket and bound with duct
tape Saturday in a river in Carson City, and four suspects were
arrested in the case, authorities said.Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong said
that while a positive identification and cause of death have not been
officially established, investigators believe the body found by searchers
in the Carson River is that of William McCune, who disappeared earlier
this week.Authorities suspected foul play after finding evidence Thursday
of a bloody, violent struggle in McCune's apartment in Carson City, the
state's capital. Deputies were called to the apartment after the 62-year-old
McCune failed to board a flight with a co-worker and other employees
found no sign of him when they went to his residence. All four
suspects are from the Carson City area, Furlong said, but detectives were
unsure of their relationship to McCune or motive for the slaying.Still,
investigators continue to believe McCune's death concerned "personal" matters
and was not work-related, the sheriff said. He declined to elaborate.Michael
Evans, 23, and Anthony Elliot, 20, were booked on murder charges, while
Raul Garcia, 22, and Makyla Blackmore, 20, were arrested on burglary charges.Evans
was taken into custody in Carson City, while the others were arrested

<p style="font-size:xx-small;">Several prominent Republican senators accused their GOP colleagues of "secretly"
negotiating a sweeping immigration overhaul, urging them to open up about
the details by next week. The letter from Republicans on the Senate Judiciary
Committee marked the latest flare-up in the GOP caucus over the immigration
plan, which has not yet been introduced. Republican negotiators have urged
their colleagues not to pre-judge the proposal, but others are getting frustrated
by the lack of hard details and concern that majority Democrats will
try to "rush" the bill through after it's introduced."We believe it is
critical that the public and the entire Senate body be given adequate
time to read and analyze the contents of any immigration bill put
forth by the majority," the senators wrote in the letter Thursday to
the four Republican negotiators: Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Arizona Sen.
John McCain, Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham."Because
the president has failed to lead on this matter, your group has
secretly met for months and not consulted with members of the Committee
about major changes to our nation's immigration laws. The time for transparency
has come," they wrote. The lawmakers asked to be briefed by staff
no later than close of business Monday, and asked for a caucus-wide
briefing early next week "so that all members can raise concerns and
questions before the deal is finalized."In response, Rubio, R-Fla., said
FBI agents on Friday visited the suburban Washington home of former CIA
Director David Petraeus, who resigned last year after revelations about
an extra-marital affair, according to several news reports. An FBI spokeswoman
told Fox News on Saturday she could confirm only that there was
"law enforcement activity in Northern Virginia."Agents went to Petraeus
home to interview him, but it's not clear whether he was home,
according to USA Today.Officials are saying the visit is part of the
ongoing investigation into allegations that Paula Broadwell, with whom Petraeus
had the affair, improperly received or stored classified documents while
writing his biography, sources told NBC.Agents have also visited Broadwells
home in Charlotte, N.C., that she share with her husband and two
children. The affair was exposed in November as part of an investigation
into threatening emails Broadwell, 40, purportedly sent other women, Tampa,
Fla., socialite Jill Kelley. Petraeus, 60, resigned weeks later and publically
apologized earlier this month.
