First off, the Extropians is actually a national movement, contrary to popular
perception here at MIT :-)  There is a webpage,
http://www.extropy.org         Notice they are involved in much more than
anti-affirmative action.

2nd, although many people continue to be upset about what the Extropians said,
several things they said appear to be quite valid, even today.  For example, why
is it that at MIT, the pinnacle of reason and logic, there are so many cultural,
ethnic, and religious student organizations?  Why is it that there are so many
students involved with these organizations?  Are they afraid that their
"culture" will get crushed and die out if they don't get together and celebrate
it here?

3rdly, I have retained a copy of the Extropian mailing somewhere in my boxes.

4thly, their mailing list still exists: extropians-discussion.  Nothing has
happened on it for a very long time, but that doesn't mean you cannot stir
things up.
