Lantern-Group:#41892A No, The lanterns are arriving the following week. I was reminded of this when checking inventory in the shed recently. I'll return next week at the identical time to review the new arrivals for evaluation and proper stocking. Typically all packages come in as planned, but this delivery is an exception. I visited the same spot yesterday and am staying alert for updates regarding the exact schedule. I believe the next items are identical to prior shipments, but awaiting confirmation.

The workshop dimmer system contains a dual-switch setup, with the load at one end of the counter and the feed arriving at the other side. There are separate 4-way switch combinations nearby, also wired to a different breaker box, and thus mixed electrical feeds are present within the main control box. Though combining circuits like this is unusual, the original inspector seems to have been content given the visible wiring divisions. The lounge feed runs ceiling lights and fan circuits in both the workspace and adjacent rooms—all monitored for load balancing. There is a unique aspect to the rewiring. When installing a timer switch, it became apparent that only one cluster of neutrals was bundled in the switch box, not two as might be expected. Each neutral connects collectively, but the unused terminal in the box indicated extension might be needed for added fixtures.
Furthermore, new track lights enhanced brightness in the connected utility room, thus some additional current is now running through. To clarify further, the initial garage lighting is powered by an AFCI/GFCI combo breaker (marked with a red button), whereas other areas run on their own AFCI breaker (blue indicator). Allowing multiple electrical feeds into a single box can be totally safe provided wiring integrity is respected. Every subcircuit and branch inside must have hot and neutral wires segregated by their respective source feeds—for safety and panel clarity. This will result in distinct groups of white wires for each supply. It's also common to supply various lights from a single multiwire branch—perhaps using black-white pairs for some, red-white for others. Where two “halves” of a branch circuit join at a point, neutrals and hots must remain isolated if originated from divided feeding.
A key tip for any remodel: prior to adding circuits or subpanels, always conduct a full-house load evaluation, plus separate checks on each subpanel. Methods appear in most NEC books—well worth the read. With good planning, major upgrades rarely require the highest-amp service entry—often, even big projects (like a new attic studio) can succeed with existing power drops. Many thanks.
