Dearly beloved friend,
It is with tears in my eyes and sadness in my heart that I send you this
message, I pray that this email finds you in good health. My name is Mrs.
Pirkko Karppi from Sweden. I have lung cancer and according to the doctors
I have only a few weeks to live. I have inherited some funds from my late
