Ever wondered who made the latest MIT decision to affect your life?
Next year, it could be you!
MIT provides a number of freedoms and opportunities for its students.
One of them is the ability to make our voices heard.
Institute Committees are the decision-making and advisory committees
of the faculty and administration. They want student input. Any
committee dealing with student-related issues has slots on it for
graduate and undergraduate students.
*You* can be part of this. The Undergraduate Association Nominations
Committee is now taking applications from undergraduates for more than
20 Institute Committees.
Just case you're unsure of what's out there, you can learn more about
the specific committees at:
http://web.mit.edu/ua/Committees/Nomcomm/www/
This page also contains the link to the application.
April 28 & 29 is the final interview weekend. You must apply by 6pm,
Wednesday the 25th; this is the final deadline.
You can reach us at <ua-nomcomm-chairs@mit.edu> if you have any
questions.
