Hello!
I am happy to announce the results of today's ASA Elections for the
2002-2003 ASA Executive Committee:
President : Jennifer Yoon
Treasurer : Arthur Fitzmaurice
Secretary : Katie Walter
Undergrad MAL : Soojin Lee
Undergrad MAL : Tao Yue
Graduate MAL : Andrew Menard
Graduate MAL : Anant Saraswat
Student MAL : Hiral Shah
The new board is full of very active and energetic people, who I am sure
will work very close with everybody at MIT to improve Student Activities at
MIT even more. Please join me in congratulating them, and extending an
open hand to the new leadership of the ASA! (Oh, and start bombing them
with ideas of what to do next year :-)
The outgoing board will remain in office until the May 2nd, 2002 meeting,
and both boards will work together in the meantime to ensure a clean
transition. Throughout this time, both boards can be contacted via the ASA
Executive Board e-mail <asa-exec@mit.edu>.
