I think the point people were trying to make is that a UA president
who feels it is okay to use some money this way will be less
responsable with the rest of the UA's money, not that
the Bush fund should go to student activities, since
(as has been mentioned now several times) the Bush Fund
is for the entirely discretionary use of the UA president.
