I'm a New York Republican. Why waste my time changin residency

Is athletics still underfunded? The student athletes did a lot of
legwork on their own, and just because the UA lends its tits out to
student life doesn't mean they're doing a good job defending it from
the administration.

I don't know any politician who advertises his lost battles.

That's the UA's job -- to give money to student groups. It's not
like the UA is supposed to have banal power over the account and
student groups are supposed to lick the Council's nuts. If you
fail to give enough money to the students then you've failed to
live up to your core mission.

This, might I add, was one of two significant victory (relatively
speaking) of the UA in recent years, although I wouldn't call it
a very large one. On the other hand, I think it's good that there's
an organization out there that interested participants can learn
how to work with the administration, operate as a large organization and
work with large sums of money, even if they fall short of their
self-imposed vision of student faculty utopia.

Boring and meaningless. What are these relations and communities
people keep talking about anyway. I want one kind of relationship
with the alumni and the faculty. Give me the education and work
opportunities I paid for and stay the hell out of my nightlife.
The formalities -- networking, mainly -- involved in upholding
such a contract are tolerable, so long as they do not become the
focus of the relationship. I mean, hey? Do you go with the women
who you're cheating on your girl with to meet her parents or
spoil her with lavish dates and gifts, or just meet at her place
and get your two hours worth?

it failed on Aramark, etc., etc....
