Yet another point of information:
This may be true, but I think that if Rhett and Victor win numerically, the
issue will not be misappropriation of the Bush Fund, but rather violation
of the "spirit of the campaign" as per the Election Rules Document
(http://web.mit.edu/ua/elections/rulesdoc.pdf) This is an arbitrary
judgement within the discretion of the Election Commission. Ultimately,
explicitly buying votes is deemed to be an unreasonable violation by this
Commission. So, the Bush Fund is a moot point, because they'll never get
access to it.
