Just to further emphasize my point- the UA is in place to pursue students'
causes. If the student body objected, then it is the UA's responsibility to
react. It is not the UA Council's place to make decisions like this without
representing the student body.
I'm glad I'm not running in this election-- otherwise I couldn't afford to voice
my thoughts. Which is why I don't blame the other candidates for not replying in
the manner I have-- you can't unwittingly offend as many people as I probably
have and still get away with it.
