let me remind you of one thing that the UA did effectively

The UA stopped the idea of the TEAL/Studio classroom
going into 5th floor of the Student Center dead in its tracks

Despite the fact that this was Larry Bacow's
idea (the Chancellor at the time)

That happened because Peter Schulman, Allison Neizmik, and Jaime Devereaux
really did their homework and were adriot in interacting with the administration.

If you think that wasn't a tour de force of poltical skill, then you haven't
been at MIT for 31 years.
