The Rules Board decided that we broke the "spirit of the rules". Their
rules document specifies a maximum penalty of "Removal from the ballot".
By not being on the ballot, obviously, they can do nothing. The most they
can do is promise to impeach me immediately, but rest assured, I will
excercise the $5000 Bush Fund in your favor immediately! And I will
filibuster for years so they can't impeach us!
They have no rule to impeach us with, but claim that they can modify the
english language so that we violate the "statement of candidacy" that we
must sign. The statement is phrased, "If elected, I promise to X". They
claim that applies to past events after we sign it.
We are appealing to the judicial board.

Creighton,
There is no way you will win the UA presidency. You are wasting your
time and mine. Even if you get enough votes the moment you sign the
Statement of Candidacy I'll throw you out of office for campaigning
against the "spirit of the campaign." But you probably already know this
and don't really care. I figure your goal is to disrupt the election,
poke some holes in the UA, and get your name in the tech. Congrats.
You've done everything you've wanted. Now when this is all done with you
can go back to your powerless, innane existence. Sleep well.
