This is referring to the Mental Health Task Force Report that was released
in November. Please note however that the "keep an eye on them" phrasing
was NOT included in the Report.

Section 3.3.1 Form Residential Support Teams
The Residential support teams were designed with the intention of enabling
mental health providers at Medical to be more familiar with the different
residential communities and to make those communities more comfortable with
the mental health service. They are designed to provide more ways for a
person to find and know about what help in available.
