Apparently while cleaning off my car this morning I knocked some snow
onto the freshly shoveled sidewalk. As I was leaving, the guy who did
the shoveling came out the door and started screaming at me. I wouldn't
have minded cleaning it up if he'd asked me in a normal tone of voice,
but screaming at me is a *bad* way to get what you want from me. I
left.
Now, this evening, while I was loading up the car with things to take to
my new apartment, he found something new and interesting to scream.
"Dyke! Dyke of the CENTURY!"
I can't decide whether I'm amused, afraid, or angry. Probably some of
each.
This is the same bozo who has a "Citizens for Silber" sticker on his
jeep, so it's obvious why he thinks that "dyke" is one of the worst
insults in the book.
Sigh.
