i don't feel i can offer anything useful (i hardly know john, really).
i do find this topic coming up with frequency greater than one in
this meeting, and i wonder which is missing: skills or motivation.
if the skills are missing, then get them (easier done than said--
i spent several hours these past few days acquiring said skills
at Dean's Rock-n-Roll Fag Bar making fun of the swim team, but that
doesn't necessarily work here), and if the motivation is missing,
then why bother? when there is motivation there will be a result.
