Why would Jeff talk to Bob about Sue in the first place? Guys almost NEVER discuss *problems* with women. Brag about them maybe... I think Mark intended to say guys are not likely to talk about problems with other men (not women). I would agree with that. (First order in anycase; guys are much more likely to women about their problems.)
