Interchange is (was? No, damn it, is, at least for three more days...)
an online publishing platform. Although not without its flaws, it is
kind of like the Web only better in many respects.
It was bought by AT&T, who need to black-hole it in order to write the
entire thing off their taxes. (If there were any copies left, the IRS
could claim that there was some value in them.)
