Ok, I'm curious (and, as a lutheran, woefully ignorant of these
things), and want to understand better...
- I see supermarkets selling kosher food and pork chops at the same
time. What kind of "firewalls" do you need betweeen kosher and
non-kosher food?
- Assuming you know what you're doing, is getting or keeping kosher
certification (or whatever you call it) expensive? Could that be
another factor in their decision to go non-kosher?
