Slobodan Milosevic (the current president of Serbia) has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. While this would probably be more appropriate for Bogus_Thoughts (can we give some posthumously to Hitler and Pol Pot, too?), except I discovered I find it at least as depressing as it is bogus. Bleah.
