The notice was not meant to keep people that have legitimate accounts out of
the clusters.
Athena is having more and more problem with complete randoms wandering in to
the clusters and logging in as root or some such and using the resources meant
for others. In fact, Athena is having problems with complet randoms wandering
in to the clusters and living there!
As a result, the root password and cluster combination are changing (but don't
worry, legitimate users will still be able to get the root password). There
are also going to be 'no trespassing signs' sighs on the cluster doors
sometime in the not to distant future.
