My great aunt died at 2am last night, after a long illness. My mom told me, "Don't even think about coming home; there is nothing you can do for her...." Soon, most of the people I knew while growing up will have passed away. This is one disadvantage to growing up around the elderly instead of around other children that I had not thought of before....
